ESTRENO MUNDIAL DE ‘ALMA’, NUEVO ESPECTÁCULO DE SARA BARAS

El Teatro de la Maestranza de Sevilla será testigo del estreno mundial de ‘Alma’, el último trabajo de Sara Baras, los próximos 17, 18 y 19 de diciembre.

Guionizado, dirigido y coreografiado por la misma Sara Baras, y bajo la dirección musical de Keko Baldomero, la creación de este nuevo espectáculo ha contado con la colaboración especial de otros grandes artistas flamencos como Juana la del Pipa, Israel Fernández, Rancapino Chico, Alex Romero y Jose Manuel Posada ‘Popo’.

En este nuevo espectáculo la bailaora de flamenco más importante del mundo se rodea de un inmejorable cuerpo de baile, así como de un numeroso elenco de talentosos músicos como Keko Baldomero y Andrés Martínez a la guitarra, las voces de Rubio de Pruna y David de Jacoba, Antón Suárez y Manuel Muñoz ‘El Pájaro’ en la percusión y Diego Villegas con el saxofón, armónica y la flauta.

‘Alma es un abrazo enorme, donde el flamenco abraza al bolero, y el bolero se deja abrazar por el flamenco. Alma es una creación de una marca singular, de una forma de entender la vida y llevarlo a compás, de componer todo alrededor de una manera de contemplar el mundo desde músicas totalmente nuevas con sonidos de siempre adaptados a los palos más tradicionales del flamenco. Baile, música, vestuario, luces, texturas… el sabor de lo auténtico en el tiempo actual. Flamencos con alma de bolero’.

Sara Baras despide el año con este triplete en Sevilla que supone el pistoletazo de salida de una extensa gira aún por anunciar que recorrerá toda la geografía española y con la que la bailaora volverá a subirse a los escenarios de los teatros más importantes del mundo.

Scripted, directed and choreographed by Sara Baras herself and under Keko Baldomero’s musical direction, Sara Baras has also counted on other great flamenco artists such as Juana la del Pipa, Israel Fernández, Rancapino Chico, Alex Romero and Jose Manuel Posada ‘Popo’ as special collaborators for this new spectacle.

For this show, the most important flamenco dancer in the world surround herself by an unbeatable dance troupe, as well as a large cast of talented musicians such as Keko Baldomero y Andrés Martínez on the guitar, the voices of Rubio de Pruna and David de Jacoba, Antón Suárez and Manuel Muñoz ‘El Pájaro’ on the percussion and Diego Villegas on the saxophone, the harmonica, and the flute.

Sara Baras ends this year with this triplet in Seville which marks the begging of an extensive tour yet to be announced that will travel throughout the Spanish geography and with which the bailaora will once again get on the stages of the most important theatres in the world.
